We are seeking a cafe barista who can also be a cafe all-rounder to join our friendly team! We are located 5 minutes from North Sydney station.

About you:

• Fluent in English
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Looking to work long term (minimum 1 year)
• Barista experience (minimum 1 year)
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Attention to detail when making coffee and preparing food
• Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering high-quality beverages
• Assisting with food preparation including sandwiches, wraps and kitchen tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing support to the front-of-house team as required, such as handling cash, processing payments, and answering customer inquiries
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
