Our preferred candidates will:

• Have strong customer service skills
• Have a passion for food and coffee
• Be able to create espresso based drinks with skill
• Have excellent English communication skills and a great smile
• Have experience in a similar café service environment
• Possess a willingness to learn
• Be reliable, punctual and productive
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Be extremely well presented
• Have great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
• Be able to make it to our Nepean location for 8:00am, including weekends
