Barista – TRIA Café, Fitzgerald’s Park TRIA Café opens this July in Fitzgerald’s Park—an exciting new café bringing expertly brewed coffee, seasonal food, and a fresh energy to one of Cork’s most iconic green spaces. We’re looking for skilled Baristas who are passionate about coffee and love delivering top-quality drinks with speed, precision, and a smile. You’ll work on top-of-the-line equipment, serving everything from flat whites to cold brew, all with a focus on quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty drinks Maintain a clean and well-organised coffee station Engage with customers and offer warm, friendly service Monitor stock and contribute to daily setup and closing duties Work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service smooth Requirements Previous barista experience in a busy setting Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation Passion for hospitality and attention to detail Great attitude, fast hands, and excellent communication Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Why Join TRIA Café? Responsibilities
