The role as Cafe Chef Manager is to work in a team of fellow chefs and assistants at a busy park in Pontypridd.
This is a hands on role so craft skills in food preparation and production are essential. As are understanding of HACCP.
Managing others and fellow colleagues in opening/closing, cashing up, placing orders, making coffees, serving customers, training staff, following company initiatives and ensuring our customers get the best possible experience and the best food and drink.
Being a park weekends and bank holidays are part of the role.
Working 5 over 7 days.
We are looking for our Cafe Chef Manager to have great people management skills and understand the importance of exceptional customer service. Barista skills are desired but we will teach you if not.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
