CAFE CHEF – MONTBLEU ILLAWONG

Montbleu Illawong is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our café team. We’re known for combining Australian café culture with Korean and Japanese flavours, offering quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes, can work under pressure, and is ready to take on more responsibility in the kitchen.

• Leading the kitchen during service, ensuring smooth operations
• Preparing and cooking dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Assisting with menu planning and contributing creative ideas
• Overseeing kitchen prep, stock rotation, and ordering support
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Working closely with management to deliver a great dining experience
