REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
