• Prepare and cook café-style breakfast and lunch items, including poached, fried, and scrambled eggs, big breakfasts, sandwiches, and salads.
• Maintain quality and consistency in food presentation, adhering to our set standards.
• Manage high-volume food preparation efficiently while ensuring all orders are delivered on time.
• Operate electronic kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with all-rounder tasks, including customer service, food and drink restocking, and dishwashing if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
