JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for an experienced cafe chef who can cope with a fast paced kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting a wide range of breakfast and lunch time dishes. We require someone who can cope well under pressure, turning breakfast and lunch time items around to cope with all online platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with culinary experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for cooking and serving high-quality food is essential.
