Reporting to the Kauai Store Manager and Team Supervisor, you’ll be a cafe-all rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe.

In a nutshell:

• You’ll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes regularly
• You’ll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu!)
• You’ll take orders from customers and provide them with the absolute best service
• You’ll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members
• You’ll practice “clean as you go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store
• You’ll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications
