Who We're Looking For The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and café environment. This role supports daily food service operations by ensuring all dishes, cookware, equipment, and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with health and safety standards. What You'll Do * Washes, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and cooking equipment. * Organizes, sanitize, and clean inside and outside areas, including storage areas and coolers. * Sweeps, mop, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and café floors. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all café and kitchen areas at all times. * Ensures all dishes, cookware, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and left ready for use at the end of each shift. * Disposes of trash and recyclables according to established procedures. * Assists with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
