CAFÉ/EVENTS SERVER

Role Purpose

The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and can work as and when required including weekends and occasional evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in catering and serving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous barista experience preferred
• Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.60 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Multi- task over all areas over the venue, ensuring our customers receive the best service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in catering events, setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and event spaces.
• Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
