Benesse is looking for passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisors. In this role, you will directly assist the Cafe Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver the Benesse values and be part of our future growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Hiring, training and developing the Front of House Team
  • Ensuring the cafe remains presentable and service is running smoothly at all times
  • Adhere to all relevant protocols and OHS regulations
  • Contribute to discussions of new ideas and be able to analyse the performance of the cafe to assist in the growth of the business
  • Weekly ordering, stock control and rotation
  • Administrative duties (responding to emails, invoicing, timesheets etc)
  • Directly work with Managers, Kitchen leaders and operation managers
