Job Description Ensure that customers are given an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded. Build marketing and social media plans to ensure experiences, pop ups and events take place Monitor the work of all colleagues and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
