We are looking for a friendly, genuine and hardworking individual who is passionate about what they do. This a role for an experienced Café General Manager looking for a platform to deliver exceptional attention to detail and provide expertise in promoting the Café with innovative ideas and further footfall.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous experience managing a large team
· Previous experience working with in the hospitality industry
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.
· Good personal appearance and hygiene.
· Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house
· Maintain high catering standards.
· Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction
· Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
· Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation
· Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts
· Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house.
· Involvement in all catering recruitment.
· Dealing with customer enquiries.
· General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area.
