Kitchen Assistant – TRIA Café, Fitzgerald’s Park About the Role We’re hiring Kitchen Assistants to support our back-of-house team. You’ll assist with food prep, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment, enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, and takes pride in cleanliness and organisation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and service Sandwiches, Acai Bowls, and Pastries. Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are kept clean and tidy Wash dishes, kitchenware, and equipment Help with stock deliveries and storage Follow hygiene and food safety procedures Requirements Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player with a can-do attitude Some experience in a kitchen is helpful, but not essential Full training will be provided

Responsibilities

The Kitchen Assistant will prepare and service sandwiches, acai bowls, and pastries while ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are kept clean and tidy. Additional responsibilities include washing dishes, helping with stock deliveries, and following hygiene and food safety procedures.
