JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated kitchen crew member to join our café team. This role is perfect for someone with a pastry background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn. You will work closely with our pastry chef to support daily kitchen operations, pastry production, and light cooking tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Team player with a positive attitude
• Keen to learn and passionate about pastry-making
• Pastry background preferred (but not mandatory)
• Able to start by End September preferably
• Willing to handle both pastry and light cooking duties

• Assist kitchen crew in daily preparation and kitchen operations
• Bake pie and quiche doughs
• Bake french pastries
• Cook savoury pie fillings
• Cook pastas/savoury dishes
• Maintain ingredient inventory and order lists
• Perform basic kitchen cleaning and upkeep
