Description

Managing day-to-day operations of the café.
Training employees on drinks preparation and food as well as proper use of coffee equipment.
Organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include scheduling shifts for the cafe and wait staff and monitoring daily expenses and revenues. Experience in a similar role in cafes, and restaurant is a must. Should also be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favorite local spot.
Be responsible for the overall performance of the café and workers.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Having 5 to 6 years of work experience as a Cafe Manager in UAE preferably.
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines and other café equipment.
  • Good math skills to monitor café accounts.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Bachelors / High school diploma.
  • Sound knowledge about food hygiene and safety practice.
  • Well-experience in handling food.
    The applicant must have at least 5 years experience as a general accountant in UAE preferably in food & beverage or retail business environment. The candidate will mainly be responsible to handle the accounts of our B2C business segment of our cafes.
    The candidate must be multi versed in the difference facets of accounting and works well in fast paced business environment. He/She will be responsible to handle all aspect of our café/retail financial operation from data input from POS reports till finalization and management reporting.
    He/She must also have working knowledge of the UAE tax law and compliance requirements, is experienced in working with Tally ERP9 or above and is a person who is self driven, well organized who pays attention to detail.

SKILLS

  • Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
  • Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
  • Adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
  • Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
  • Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
