CAFÉ MANAGER

We’re looking for a manager who can run daily café operations and step in as a barista when needed. The role includes shifts up to 7 days a week.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience managing a café or supervising a team.
• Confident barista skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Flexible availability (including weekends).

• Oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage rosters, stock, and ordering.
• Handle cash, sales reports, and basic admin.
• Maintain café cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Work barista shifts when the team needs support.
