We’re now looking for an experienced and hands-on Café Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and keep standards sky-high.

THE ROLE

As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café, ensuring both the front and back of house operate efficiently. You’ll inspire and motivate the team, manage budgets, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional standards
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front house staff
• Manage rotas, recruitment, and staff development
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety.
• Drive sales through excellent service
• Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
