CAFÉ MANAGER IN BUSY STUDENT CAFÉ

We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team! Social is an excellent food and beverage concept based in Queen’s Student Union. You must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, visionary, dedicated, customer-focused and a great team-worker.
If you feel that you have all the qualities above and have supervisory/management experience, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

· Min 2yrs experience in a hospitality management role to include both front of house and kitchen.

· Proven leadership and staff management skills.

  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere
  • Proficiency with technology and social media as most orders will be completed via email and an online ordering system.
  • Experience in managing hospitality events.

To ensure the successful running of the entire Food & Beverage offering within the context of the Company’s policies and procedures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To manage the store so that it meets the company standards.

  3. Manage and motivate a team of staff.
  4. Cash management.
  5. Supplier order management.
  6. Site maintenance.
