Job Title: Café Manager
Job Summary:
Join our team at Cherry Lane, a leading discount retailer with stores nationwide, as a Café Manager. As the Café Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen, meal preparation, food safety standards, and overall restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the café, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise café staff, provide training and guidance, and create a positive work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in culinary management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and restaurant management.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
