POSITION SUMMARY

As one of two Café Managers, you will co-lead the café’s front-of-house operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth coordination with the kitchen. Together, you and your Co-Café Manager are jointly responsible for team leadership, day-to-day operations, and achieving service and financial goals. This role requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and a proactive approach to shared leadership.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Act as the front-line leader during shifts to handle customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld across service, presentation, and atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 2–3+ years café or hospitality leadership experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail
• Ability to calmly lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Flexible and solutions-oriented​
