JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CAFÉ MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced café manager who enjoys leading a small team, keeping things organised and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This role suits someone who is hands on, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys the rhythm of café life.
As our manager, you will be a visible presence on the floor, working alongside your team and setting the standard for service. You will also take care of the practical side of running the café, making sure the staff feel supported, the café stays well organised and everything runs smoothly from open to close.
