Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café.

  • Develop menus in collaboration with the kitchen team to enhance customer offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, to achieve business goals.
