East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Café Manager to shape and grow our vibrant café space within our Wroxham charity shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, takes ownership, and is looking to grow their experience and career.
Along with the Shop Manager, you will develop our fantastic community space, where our customers can buy items in our shop but also sit and relax with a bite to eat and a beverage in our café.
You will continue to build a team, focused on our customers in the café ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service and a welcoming approach to all. You will support the Shop Manager and have some responsibilities covering the shop.

Responsibilities

· To maximise sales of food and beverages within the café
· To manage the café staff and volunteer team alongside the Retail Shop Manager by providing guidance and direction to their efforts
· To support EACH retail in its ambition to be the most loved charity shop in our community
· Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street café experience.
· As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
