STORE MANAGER – RAILWAY AVE LOCATION

Eclipse Coffee Roasters is looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead our Railway Ave café. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment and is excited about providing exceptional customer service while supporting and developing a strong team.

• Oversee daily operations of our Railway Ave café, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming guest experience.
• Manage scheduling for both Railway Ave and Elevation Place locations.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the café floor, working alongside the barista team.
• Train, coach, and develop new team members, ensuring consistency in service and coffee quality.
• Support staff engagement and uphold Eclipse’s values of community, quality, and hospitality.
• Work closely with the HR/Operations Manager and leadership team to meet operational goals.
