Description

WE’RE BREWING A NEW LEADER – CAFÉ MANAGER WANTED!

Fantastea isn’t just a café. We’re Oxford’s home of Teas Around the World – a place where bubble teas, matcha lattes, and chai meet community events, live collaborations, and startup energy.
We need a Café Manager who can stir things up, keep the vibe flowing, and lead our crew with heart and hustle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running the show: smooth daily ops, FOH & BOH, stock, and more.
  • Being a people person: hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating the team.
  • Keeping it clean, safe, and on point.
  • Balancing the books (budgets, suppliers, stock).
  • Making sure customers walk out with a smile (and probably a photo of their drink).
  • Helping us cook up new events and ideas.

Who you are

  • A hospitality pro with manager experience.
  • A natural leader who’s not afraid to get hands-on.
  • Organised, reliable, and ready for the buzz of café life.
  • Someone who loves tea, coffee, and a good challenge.

What’s in it for you

  • A chance to run an independent café with a twist.
  • Staff perks (yes, lots of tea).
  • Be part of an exciting next chapter at Fantastea.
  • Space for your ideas to grow.

Drop us your CV + a few lines on why you’d be the perfect fit: fantastea.oxford@gmail.com
