OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. As the Café Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our café runs smoothly and efficiently.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred).
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to train staff effectively in both culinary skills and customer service protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing café operations.
  • Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality management or kitchen management is highly desirable.
