Manager Description (Eaton Rapid, MI)
The store manager is responsible for leading all team members in executing the vision and mission of Foster Coffee Company. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations and maintaining high store standards and conditions. They ensure a positive store environment and experience, which provides consistent, efficient, and excellent customer service. They also ensure a positive work environment that challenges and equips our team members to excel in the coffee industry, in pursuing their individual passions, and being an active member in the community. The store manager is the ambassador for fostering community through coffee by setting the tone and personality of the store environment as well as being a key facilitator in fostering community with others. This starts with developing the team and being a leader in hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years experience in the coffee, food industry, and/or other form of management.
• Leadership background
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to work well under pressure and changing conditions
• High attention to detail and organization
• 3 references from non-family members
• Strong communication skills (you can write and speak professionally)

  Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
