JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations in our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management, ensuring that our café runs smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. The Café Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
  • Experience in interviewing and training new employees is a plus.
  • Previous kitchen experience or barista experience is highly desirable.
