REQUIREMENTS

· Managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
· Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging customers.
· Food Safety Training and awareness
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced setting.

· Lead and Inspire: Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for customers while motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding service.
· Customer Experience: Cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food presentation, and prompt problem resolution.
· Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient café environment, ensuring smooth daily operations, from opening to closing procedures.
· Sales & POS Management: Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
· Stock & Display Management: Supervise stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure appealing and organised food displays.
· Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, implement best practices, and promote a safe working environment for staff and customers.
· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
