THE ROLE

We’re after a hands-on, experienced manager to run the show and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be leading our friendly team, making sure service is seamless, customers are happy, and the café stays buzzing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
• Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards
• Manage staff training
• Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers
• Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are met
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing
