We are looking for a strong manager who understand business and management and has the experience to lead a small team running a quiet but beautiful cafe / restaurant.
You will be responsible for running the day to day operations, delivering exceptional customer experience for a cafe and pizza restaurant ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and overseeing the systems reporting in a brand new area in Brent Cross Town.
The role will suit someone who has been working in fast paced cafes / restaurants but now wants a more relaxed environment to work with strong development potential before the area becomes busy and vibrant due to brand new flats / offices and parkland.

SKILLS

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or café setting.
  • Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of culinary techniques.
  • Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in any environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for guests.
