ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences from brunch to dinner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house and service staff to deliver warm, efficient, and professional hospitality.
• Manage daily café operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and supplier liaison.
• Monitor and maintain high standards for food and beverage presentation, menu consistency, and café ambiance.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction is a top priority.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline menu execution and daily offerings.
• Assist with strategic planning, sales targets, and local marketing or event efforts to boost visibility and revenue.
