Laneway & Co are seeking an experienced cafe manager to lead our team on High Bridge.
At Laneway we are highly regarded for serving some of the best coffee in Newcastle. We are looking for a manager with a strong background in speciality coffee who can uphold our reputation.
The right candidate will be experienced, motivated, detail orientated and willing to go the extra mile to deliver great products and service to our customers. A proven track record of working well under pressure and getting the best from your colleagues is essential.
You will be working directly with ownership to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the cafe. Duties will include
