We’re looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to take ownership of our iconic Falcon store – the original home of Miami Bakehouse.

This role will suit a hands-on manager capable of building a strong team and drive sales results. You’ll need to be reliable, comfortable holding people accountable and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong sales mindset who understands that great service, an engaged team and good store standards should translate into results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the store
• Coaching your team and setting clear expectations
• Driving sales, average sale and overall store performance
• Delivering consistently great customer service
• Managing wages, rostering, wastage and stock rotation
• Maintaining strong standards across presentation, cleanliness and food safety

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have 2+ years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment, with the confidence to make decisions and run your store autonomously. You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable setting clear expectations and holding your team accountable. A strong sales and customer service mindset is essential, along with the ability to keep your team focused, motivated and performing at their best.
