We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Café Manager to lead our team in Chipping Norton - someone who loves independent hospitality, builds confident teams, and gets a buzz from the pace of a busy service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Motivating and supporting a small front-of-house team
• Managing rotas, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Working closely with MOR’s HQ bakery team on menu, display and daily prep
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for regulars and newcomers alike
• Upholding quality, consistency, and brand values every single day

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 2 years’ café or hospitality management experience
• Lead by example, calmly and confidently — especially during peak times
• Are passionate about great bread, good coffee, and thoughtful customer service
• Enjoy developing people and building a positive team culture
• Are organised, resilient, and commercially aware
