Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary of $75-80K, based on your experience. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team who shares our passion for great coffee, quality food, and outstanding service. We are a Perth based family run coffee company committed to delivering high quality specialty coffee to the people of Perth & beyond. Our sites include a busy drive thru, cafe and service retail and wholesale customers.

Your duties will include:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
2. Lead and support the team, including roster management and fostering a positive workplace culture
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and customer service
4. Assist in preparing and despatching retail and wholesale orders
5. Oversee stock control, budgets and cost management to support efficient operations
6. Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to continuous improvement

The successful applicant must have:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
