About Us
We are a modern, community-focused café in Dandenong South, seeking an experienced and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily café operations & staff rosters
• Lead, train, and motivate a small team
• Oversee stock ordering, suppliers & inventory
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and café presentation
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and daily reporting
• Deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cafe management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Barista/hospitality background (preferred)
• Food Safety Supervisor or RSA (advantageous)
• Positive, hands-on, team-focused attitude
