The Grumpy Baker is an established cafe and bakery operating for over 10 years in various locations.
We are looking for a full-time CAFE MANAGER to lead the team in our Neutral Bay bakery!
If you are energetic, motivated to lead the team, great with customers and communication, able to work autonomously with a can-do attitude then please join us.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous hospitality experience is a must
• at least 2 years barista experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile :)
• Can-do attitude
• Great communication skills

Experience:

• Management: 3 years (Preferred)

• Ordering & keeping on top of stock/wastage
• Training, educating & mentoring staff
• Hygiene & safety
• Rosters
• Making sure communication runs smoothly between front of house and kitchen
• Top notch customer service skills
• Working on the register & making coffee
• Presenting food/ table service
• Keeping areas clean & tidy
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
