We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy café. If you are passionate about coffee, food, customer service, and managing a team in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and a high standard of food and coffee.
  • Manage, train, and roster café staff to create a positive and motivated workplace.
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and control costs to meet business targets.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health standards.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to grow the café’s presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of café operations, food safety, and barista skills.
  • Financial management skills (budgets, cost control, sales tracking).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for customer service, coffee, and hospitality.
