ABOUT US:

We are a well-established café located in Macquarie shopping centre, serving high-quality coffee, delicious food, and warm hospitality. We’re currently looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our friendly team and help us take the business to the next level.

THE ROLE:

As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards in customer service, team management, food and beverage quality, and overall store performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
• Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
• Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist on the floor as needed, including making coffee and taking orders
