Description About the Role This is a working manager position, leading by example on the floor while supporting the day-to-day operations of the café. You’ll balance guest service, team development, and operational execution to keep the café running smoothly and efficiently . Growth opportunity What we are looking for someone who can: Lead with a “guest first” mindset, stepping in to support the team and ensure a great experience every time Demonstrate strong customer service while coaching and developing others Create a positive, team-focused environment and build strong working relationships Run daily café operations, including shift execution, cash handling, and maintaining company standards Support hiring, training, and performance management in partnership with the District Manager Manage product levels, ordering, and quality to ensure consistency and minimize waste Monitor key areas of the business such as labor, sales, and overall café performance Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in accordance with company and health standards Work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and be active for the duration of shifts Requirements What we’re looking for: 2+ years of leadership experience (food/retail preferred) A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain) At Top Pot, we take pride in people, quality, and consistency by living our Core Values every day: Fun, Ambition, Commitment, Excellence, Team.
