We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee daily operations at our brand-new café. • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff rosters, training, and performance management
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure efficient stock levels and minimal waste
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Drive customer engagement through promotional strategies and local marketing initiatives
• Analyse financial performance, sales data, and implement strategies to optimise profitability
