JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
SKILLS
- Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, with a focus on restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of barista practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in kitchen operations is beneficial for overseeing food preparation processes.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily café operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
