We’re an independent café in Fresh Wharf, Barking, recently opened and looking to grow. We want to create a fresh, exciting, and profitable menu that reflects our vision of great coffee, pastries, and food.

We’re seeking a freelance café consultant or experienced chef to help us:

• Design a simple, appealing food & drink menu.
• Develop recipes that can be executed easily by café staff.
• Provide ingredient sourcing recommendations and supplier contacts.
• Advise on portion sizes, costing, and profitability.
• Train our small team (if needed) on preparation and presentation.
