Location -Citi Walk Dubai
Experience - 12+ years of experience handling Cafe. restaurant operatins.
Will be responsible for P&L Account

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff, including scheduling, assigning responsibilities, and setting performance goals.
  • Sales & Profitability:Meeting sales targets, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and managing budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management:Managing stock levels, ordering new products, and ensuring proper product display and rotation.
  • Store Operations:Overseeing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Financial Management:Managing budgets, processing payroll, and tracking expenses to adhere to financial targets.
  • Marketing & Promotions:Implementing marketing campaigns and sales promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, and loss prevention.
  • Reporting:Preparing reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per mont
