Our vibrant waterfront café & restaurant and part of our family-owned hospitality & tourism group in Airlie Beach. We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant & Operations Manager to oversee daily service, manage staff, and support catering & tourism operations.

About the Role

  • Lead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage supplier orders, stock control, and cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare rosters and oversee scheduling for restaurant and catering staff.
  • Coordinate boat catering for tours and private charters.
  • Assist with jetski operations, working alongside the adventure team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff across both hospitality and tourism.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and marine crews to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and service standards.

About You

  • You’re a local or long-term Airlie Beach resident
  • Proven experience in restaurant or café management.
  • Confident with rostering, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Flexible to manage both hospitality service and tour operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work across weekends and holiday periods.
  • Passionate, organised, and customer-focused.
