THE POSITION Our friendly and enthusiastic team creates fun and surprise as they interact with guests to deliver the ultimate guest experience. As Café Associate (Part-time Seasonal), you will: Provide exceptional guest service in support of café operations Ensure that guests have the best café and shopping experience ever Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience Deliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standards Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment Qualifications: Comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectations Open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification course Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate menu features Previous food handling or cafe experience a plus Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is also a plus Must be able to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays to support the needs of the business Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff Physical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
