CAFÉ SERVER/BARISTA – FARO

We are looking for a full-time Café Server/Barista. Shifts will begin between 6 AM and 7 AM, and will be on both week days and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a coffee shop or café an asset
  • Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
  • Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
  • Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers of FARO with their food and beverage orders, including specialty coffee
  • To be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate and inspire both guest and staff engagement.
  • Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests.
  • Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Weekend availability is required.
